Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Waterleaf Project Workspace, a private project-collaboration service operated for Waterleaf Interiors.
Effective August 31, 20261. Authorized use
The workspace is available only to Waterleaf personnel and clients or project participants invited by Waterleaf. You may use it only for legitimate Waterleaf project collaboration and in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share access with an unauthorized person. Notify Waterleaf promptly if you believe an account or project has been accessed improperly.
Project visibility is based on Waterleaf's assignments and internal or client-viewable settings. Access to one project does not authorize access to another project or to internal Waterleaf materials.
3. Project content
Users may add project documents, images, design materials, comments, meeting information, tasks, and decisions when authorized. You represent that you have the right to provide the content you submit and that its use within the project does not violate another person's rights.
Ownership of client materials, Waterleaf work product, third-party product imagery, and other project content remains subject to the parties' underlying agreements and applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership merely because content is displayed in the workspace.
4. Google services
Authorized Waterleaf users may connect Google Drive and Gmail features to create and manage project files and send requested workspace notifications. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Disconnecting Google may make Drive-dependent workspace features unavailable until access is restored.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass project permissions, access another user's account, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape private workspace data, use the service unlawfully, or upload content that you are not authorized to use.
6. Availability and changes
Waterleaf may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue workspace features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, project administration, or misuse prevention. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Professional decisions
The workspace organizes project information; it does not replace signed proposals, contracts, professional plans, vendor terms, or final written approvals. Users should rely on the governing project agreements and confirm material purchasing, construction, schedule, and budget decisions through the appropriate Waterleaf process.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the workspace is provided on an "as available" basis. Waterleaf does not warrant that every file, link, third-party service, or displayed project record will always be available or free from error. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Ending access
Waterleaf may remove or suspend workspace access when a project ends, an invitation is withdrawn, these terms are violated, or continued access creates a security or legal risk. Users may request account assistance or removal by contacting Waterleaf.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the workspace evolves. The effective date above will identify the current version. Questions may be sent to Waterleaf Interiors at monica.waterleafinteriors@gmail.com.
